Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Muntinlupa City for a Marketing Director. The Marketing Director will develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing the marketing team, conducting market research, analyzing trends, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The Marketing Director will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and brand consistency.

  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Expertise in digital marketing and analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is a plus
