About the role

This is a full-time, office-based role in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a BPO Non Voice professional at LGH INTERNATIONAL SERVICES INC', you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to clients through various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Handling customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism
  3. Updating customer records and maintaining accurate documentation
  4. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of best practices
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Experience in a customer service or similar role, preferably in the call centre or BPO industry
  4. Proficiency in using various software and technology platforms
  5. A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service
