QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Solid experience in processing various permits, including Locational/Zoning Clearance, Barangay Permit/Clearance, Development Permit, Building Permit, Occupancy Permit, Business Permit, and other related documents.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to deal with people effectively
  • Willing to do fieldwork

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. PERMIT APPLICATION PREPARATION

  • Coordinate with Project Group the requirements necessary for permit application
  • Prepare and collate application requirement i.e. permit forms plans, and technical documents
  • Evaluate the working plans and summary of areas endorsed by the Project Group for Development Permit application to verify compliance with guidelines and design standards set by the proper government agency.
  • Route the permit forms to our in-house engineers for their signature and dry seal.
  • Create J.O. and transmit documents for notary public to Legal Department.
  • Secure certified true copy of issued permits, titles, tax declaration, and other documents from the concerned agency as needed.

2.PERMIT APPLICATION PROCESSING

  • Perform liaison works with government agencies i.e. submit permit applications, attend meetings, conduct ocular inspection to secure the permits.
  • Calculate, review, request payment and receive payment for permit fees and operations expenses.
  • Ensure on-time payment of Real Property Tax for non-saleable lots of projects 
  • Filing and processing of renewal of Business Permit in Muntinlupa, Batangas, and Laguna.

3. PERMIT ISSUANCE

  • Secure the permits and licenses of the company projects with the proper government agencies.
  • Update Permits information on company system (Permits Monitoring System) and the Permits Monitoring Report that is being submitted every end of the month.
  • Prepare transmittal of original permits and clearances to CDM and to Security Custodian if TCT and TDs, for uploading in FREBAS and therefore.
