Product Manager for Data

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced
Product Manager for Data & Analytics
to manage and oversee the organization's portfolio of network and security technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple Data & Analytics products, and other industry-leading solutions. This individual will be responsible for optimizing the performance and effectiveness of the security infrastructure, ensuring that the organization's network is secure, scalable, and efficient.

The
Product Manager for Data & Analytics
will be expected to provide strategic oversight, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align security and networking solutions with business needs. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, project management, and vendor management skills to ensure successful delivery and operation of network and security products.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product Manager Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for all data and analytics initiatives.
• Prioritize projects based on business value, resource availability, and strategic alignment.
• Conduct feasibility studies and business case analyses for new project proposals.
• Product Manager Oversight & Management:
• Oversee the execution, monitoring, and control of all projects within the portfolio.
• Manage portfolio-level budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and present comprehensive reports and dashboards on portfolio performance to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Stakeholder & Team Leadership:
• Act as the primary liaison between technical data teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into data requirements.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to all relevant parties.
• Mentor and guide project managers and business analysts to improve project delivery capabilities.
• Foster a collaborative and data-driven culture across the organization.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications such as
  Project Management Professional (PMP)
  ,
  Program Management Professional (PgMP)
  , or
  SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
  are highly preferred.
• A minimum of
  7-10 years
  of experience in project or program management.
• At least
  3-5 years
  of experience specifically managing data, business intelligence, or analytics projects.
• Proven experience in managing project portfolios with multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ability to connect data initiatives to business strategy and organizational goals.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems, including BI tools, data warehousing, and AI/ML concepts.
• Proficiency in budget management and financial forecasting for large-scale projects.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be willing to work on-site & amenable to travel to BGC
• Preferably someone who can start as soon as possible but not a requirement
