We are looking for an Assessment Processing
Manager to join our
team
to oversee the
delivery
of
assessment
processes
across
UK and
international
markets,
with
experience in people management with strong operational oversight, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead teams through complex, deadline-driven processes.
This role also involves acting as a key liaison across teams, supporting collaboration, readiness for change, and contributing during peak periods to ensure seamless delivery.

What will you do as an
Assessment Processing
Manager
?
Reporting to the Senior Manager, your accountabilities will include:

• Operational Oversight: Lead day-to-day decision-making, resource allocation, and process management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assessment tasks and outputs.
• Process & Performance Management: Maintain and review standard operating procedures, management of schedules and timelines, KPIs reporting, and support system/process testing.
• Team Leadership & Development: Line manage Administrators and Senior Administrators, ensuring training needs are met and promoting consistency and growth across teams.
• Collaboration & Problem Solving: Build strong working relationships, encourage knowledge sharing, and address operational issues through investigation, escalation, and corrective actions.
• Change & Strategic Alignment: Prepare for and implement change, align team goals with company-wide objectives, and contribute to improvement initiatives and cross-team support.

• At least 1 year of line management and staff development experience within deadline-driven environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software systems and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy, quality control, and operational efficiency.
• Effective communicator with proven ability to build collaborative relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrates resilience, accountability, and problem-solving skills, especially during change implementation.
