What the Job Looks Like:

  • Turn inquiries into sales – Convert inbound and online enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Upsell with confidence – Offer products and services to maximize customer value
  • Deliver top-notch service – Provide quick, accurate, and friendly customer support
  • Keep operations running smoothly – Manage job scheduling and logistics for our Australian team
  • Be the bridge – Coordinate between our Philippine Business Centre and the Newcastle Hub in Australia
  • Solve problems fast – Resolve service issues and provide proactive customer care

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Proven experience – At least 2 years in BPO handling Australian, New Zealand, or UK clients
  • Sales & service skills – Strong ability to close sales and keep customers happy
  • Speed & accuracy – Typing at least 40 WPM
  • Clear communication – Neutral accent for easy understanding
  • Bonus points – Experience in map reading or telemarketing
