Position Title: IT Helpdesk Analyst

Work Setup: Shifting Schedule | Virtual Hiring

Compensation Package:

  • Total package of up to ₱40,400 (conditions apply)
  • 20% Night Differential
  • HMO on Day 1 + 1 Free Dependent
  • ₱25,000 Signing/Stay-On Bonus

Important:

Applicants must submit a one-month payslip or employment contract from their previous job.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support to end-users, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle incidents and service requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Manage user accounts, access, and permissions through Active Directory.
  • Support users with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, MS365, VPN, and Citrix-related concerns.
  • Document all technical solutions and follow escalation procedures when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of IT Service Desk experience in an international account.
  • Strong communication skills with good to excellent English proficiency.
  • High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High Graduate, Associate Graduate, or College Graduate (with diploma).
  • Technical skills in ServiceNow (SNOW), Active Directory (AD), MS365, VPN, and Citrix.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong background in hardware and software troubleshooting.
