Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of multiple stores specializing in roasted and fried chicken.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), especially in food preparation, cooking, portioning, and presentation.
  • Monitor cooking processes (roasting, frying, marination, seasoning) to ensure consistency, taste, and food safety.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits for quality assurance, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and kitchen staff.
  • Motivate teams to meet sales targets, productivity goals, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective actions as needed.

Financial Management:

  • Analyze store P&Ls, labor costs, food costs, and wastage; take corrective actions to improve profitability.
  • Implement strategies to control costs without compromising quality.
  • Ensure stores meet revenue and margin targets.

Customer Experience:

  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance satisfaction.
  • Ensure service standards are maintained during peak and non-peak hours.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally.

Marketing & Sales:

  • Work with marketing teams to implement local promotions and campaigns for roasted and fried chicken products.
  • Identify local market trends and provide input for menu development or pricing strategies.

Inventory & Supply Chain:

  • Ensure proper stock levels of raw materials (chicken, seasonings, oil, etc.) and supplies across locations.
  • Work with suppliers and central purchasing to manage deliveries and avoid shortages or overstocking.
