Cashier (SEASONAL)

Job description

We are looking for friendly and efficient individuals to join our restaurant team as Cashier during the peak/seasonal period. The Cashier is responsible for accurately handling customer payments, taking orders, and providing excellent customer service at the front counter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take dine-in or takeout orders manually.
• Handle cash transactions and issue correct change and receipts.
• Maintain and balance the cash box at the end of each shift.
• Answer customer inquiries about the menu and other offerings.
• Ensure the front counter area is clean and well-organized.
• Assist in packing food for takeout or delivery, if needed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for order updates.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous cashier or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
• Good basic math and communication skills.
• Polite, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
• Able to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
