Job Purpose

  1. Timely reporting of issues and concerns encountered that may affect food safety and quality.

  2. Supervises day to day monitoring activities of QA Inspectors for their corresponding duties and

responsibilities.

  1. Timely issuance of dispositions of all Finished Products and raw materials.

  2. Check and review monitoring report of QA in-line.

  3. Conduct spot checking in the Production areas and process parameters.

  4. Checking of Monthly Trade Return Summary, ARR and some data needed for a monthly basis.

  5. Documentation of quality and food safety related work instructions.

  6. Commitment and compliance in the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc

  7. Reports to QA Manager.

Qualifications:

 A Bachelor of Science graduate (Engineering courses, Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology)

 Two (2) to five (5) years of relevant experience in a similar position in the food industry sector-food

manufacturing plant.
