About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Web Developer who can help us scale our digital presence globally. This role will focus not just on building and maintaining websites, but also on ensuring they're optimized for international audiences, measurable through modern analytics tools, and structured to support our lead generation funnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain international versions of our websites with scalability and performance in mind.
  • Implement and manage tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute A/B tests and lead-gen funnel experiments.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for technical SEO (site speed, structured data, international SEO, indexability).
  • Manage and optimize WooCommerce e-commerce functionality, including checkout flow, integrations, and tracking.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate marketing needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web development (front-end and/or full-stack).
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce development (themes, plugins, customizations, troubleshooting).
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (required).
  • Familiarity with technical SEO best practices (site architecture, page speed, structured data).
  • Ability to design and implement tracking for lead-gen funnels and marketing experiments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing teams.
