About the Role

This role goes beyond writing—it is about shaping stories that influence audiences, strengthen reputations, and support strategic communications campaigns. You will collaborate closely with account teams to ensure that all content aligns with client objectives and PR strategies.

What You'll be Doing

  • Research, develop, and produce content for a variety of platforms, including press releases, media pitches, social media, blogs, newsletters, websites, and client reports.
  • Support PR campaigns by drafting narratives that resonate with stakeholders, media, and the public.
  • Collaborate with account managers and directors to align content with overall client communications strategies.
  • Edit and proofread materials to maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and messaging.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of published content; provide insights for enhancing reach, engagement, and influence.
  • Stay informed on industry and media trends to help keep client communications relevant and competitive.
  • Assist with other PR and corporate communication activities such as media monitoring, event support, and stakeholder engagement as needed.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in writing or a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to write engaging, informative, and SEO-optimised content.
  • Knowledge of content management systems and digital content best practices.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
