We're Hiring: Junior RPA Developer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Location: Muntinlupa, Philippines

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home)

Position: Junior RPA Developer


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business analysts to understand automation requirements.
  • Design, develop, and test RPA workflows using industry-standard tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation processes.
  • Conduct regular maintenance of RPA systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document processes and maintain accurate records of automated workflows.
  • Provide support during the deployment of new automation solutions.

Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Can join immediately or as soon as possible.
