Job Description

We're looking for a Senior RPA Developer who can take complex business processes, break them down with analytical finesse, and transform them into efficient, automated solutions. This role calls for a seasoned professional who can collaborate, innovate, and deliver automation at scale while keeping stakeholders aligned and engaged.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process Analysis and Automation Design

  • Partner with business teams and stakeholders to review existing processes and pinpoint automation opportunities.
  • Design and document RPA solutions that align with business objectives and long-term efficiencies.

RPA Development

  • Build and deploy RPA automations using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
  • Write, test, and maintain robust, scalable automation scripts.
  • Work closely with other developers to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems.

Quality Assurance and Testing

  • Conduct end-to-end testing to guarantee solution accuracy, reliability, and optimal performance.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during development and testing.

Reporting, Documentation, and Analysis

  • Produce comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track stakeholder updates, tasks, and project milestones.
  • Analyze and optimize existing workflows for improved efficiency and automation potential.

Rollout Support

  • Streamline automation rollout across various markets, brands, and platforms.

Teamwork & Stakeholder Management

  • Cultivate an environment of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.
  • Maintain effective communication with client stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and issues.

Operational Excellence

  • Monitor service deliverables and maintain daily tracking logs.
  • Prepare and submit required reports.
  • Support other team members as needed to ensure continuity of service.
  • Continuously grow knowledge across business processes and IT.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies like robotics automation, chatbots, and AI-driven process automation.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to Analyst/Programmers and other team members.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Core Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in software development or automation.
  • 2 to 4 years of solid hands-on experience in RPA development.
  • Strong expertise in UiPath, including workflow creation, exception handling, and data manipulation.
  • Experience working with OCR or document understanding tools.
  • Solid understanding of software development standards and methodologies.
  • UiPath Certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics is a plus.
  • Experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into RPA workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of documenting and explaining technical details clearly and concisely.
  • Willingness to continuously learn emerging tools, patterns, and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 18 months

Pay: Up to Php110,000.00 per month
