About the role

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at AGVILL RESOURCES INC' in our Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila office. As a full-time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and providing feedback to the management team
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathise with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle complex customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with customer service software and tools
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
