Training Supervisor

Job Role:

The Training Supervisor is responsible to ensure that training and development activities for the store level are effectively planned, developed, implemented, monitored and evaluated in order to meet the business needs. Work with Operations as needed to support the development and deployment of training programs.

1. Team Member Development Program

  • Plan, organize, and conduct developmental training programs for team members.
  • Monitor participation, assess training effectiveness, and recommend improvements aligned with competency requirements.

2. Product Development Support

  • Participate in procedure validation to ensure operational accuracy, clarity, and feasibility of new product processes.
  • Prepare, complete, and update rollout materials such as manuals, guidelines, and training decks for new product launches.
  • Provide actual launching support, ensuring teams are well-trained and operationally ready for new product introductions.

3. Store Opening Support

  • Facilitate store dry runs, ensuring new store teams are trained, aligned with operational standards, and ready for opening day.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address any operational gaps identified during dry run sessions.

4. Administrative Management & Other Training Tasks

  • Prepare and release training updates, memos, and communication materials to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information.
  • Maintain organized training records, documentation, and reports to support compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Perform other training and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must hold a degree in Education, Psychology, Hospitality Management, Business Ad or related field

At least five (3) years of work experience with proven track record and exposure to Technical Training in the same industry

Preferably with experience in Restaurant or Retail industry.
