Job Summary:

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and the effective management of budgets and financial controls. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial data and supervising the finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, and payroll
  • Monitor and review financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure timely submission of government reports (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Maintain and improve internal controls and financial procedures
  • Support internal and external audits and prepare required documentation
  • Guide and mentor junior finance staff, ensuring continuous development and performance
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial data and provide financial insights
  • Recommend improvements to financial processes for efficiency and cost savings

Requirements Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–4 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Solid knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., GAAP), and government compliance
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity
