The Responsibilities:

  • General Cleaning includes cleaning and sanitizing offices, conference rooms, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas; dusting and wiping down surfaces, furniture, and fixtures; and vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping floors to maintain cleanliness.
  • Restroom Maintenance includes ensuring all restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies, and sanitizing sinks, toilets, and other surfaces regularly.
  • Trash and Waste Management includes emptying trash bins and replacing liners as needed, and disposing of waste according to company policies.
  • Window and Glass Cleaning includes cleaning windows and glass surfaces to maintain a clear view and appearance.

The Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move objects as needed.
  • Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Perfect attendance record is required.

The Location: Unit 1E, Philexcel Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga.
