As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will analyze complex datasets, develop compelling reports, and build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. While the focus is on analytics and visualization, your familiarity with Python and data science techniques will enhance advanced analysis and automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to guide business strategies.

  • Dashboard Development: Design and build interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to deliver real-time business insights.

  • Data Visualization: Craft compelling visuals that effectively communicate analytical findings.

  • Reporting: Generate and present insightful reports to stakeholders, summarizing key metrics and trends.

  • Data Integration: Combine data from multiple sources ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize Python for deeper data manipulation, automation, and exploratory analysis when needed.

  • Collaboration: Partner with business teams to understand data needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.

  • Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy through validation, cleansing, and ongoing quality checks.

  • Mentorship: Guide junior analysts by sharing best practices and encouraging continuous learning.

  • Innovation: Stay current on analytics trends and tools, contributing to process improvements and automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in Power BI and Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying and managing large datasets.

  • Working experience with Python for data wrangling, automation, or statistical analysis.

  • Familiarity with big data tools such as BigQuery, Databricks, Hadoop, or Apache Spark is a plus.

  • Understanding of data warehousing, data storytelling, and analytics best practices.
