  • Responsible for the complete direction of the project and has the overall responsibility of the project quality.
  • Ensure that the Project is completed to employer satisfaction,consistent with all quality,safety,schedule, and other contractual requirements.
  • Project Manager will provide evidence of this commitment to the development and implementation of the quality management system and continually improving its effectiveness by: Communicating to the organization the importance of meeting Clients as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement the Quality Policy for the project.
  • Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality.
  • Appointment of Management representative.
  • Establishing Training Plan/Matrix
  • Establish Organizational Chart.
  • Establish Roles, Responsibilities of subordinates and authorities.
  • Identify authorities for approval of documents.
  • Responsible for managing the commissioning and start-up process. Company will create a commissioning and start-up crew under the management of Project Manager.
  • Responsible for managing the handover process.
  • Coordination of personnel and equipment to ensure continues program of works during execution.
  • Receiving daily progress reports and distributing to engineer's approved representative and ensuring prompt action to any matter highlighted in the same.
  • Report directly to the Senior Project Manager/Project Director.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php45,000.00 per month
