About the role

EFB GEOSTRUKT INC' is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in San Pedro City Laguna. As a Project Engineer-TELCO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects. What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned telecommunications infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, monitoring progress and proactively addressing any issues that may arise
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and requirements
  • Oversee the work of project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of all project tasks
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implementing appropriate strategies to minimise the impact on project delivery
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports, documenting progress, issues, and lessons learned
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and implement continuous improvements to enhance project delivery

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the telecommunications or construction industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing telecommunications infrastructure projects, from planning to completion
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to identify and mitigate risks
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
