What will you do?

  • Order Fulfillment Monitoring – Daily
  • Track and review the status of customer order fulfillment in coordination with the warehouse, technology team, and marketplace platforms.
  • Ensure timely processing and resolution of any fulfillment-related issues.
  • Supplier Delivery Tracking – Daily
  • Monitor daily delivery schedules from suppliers.
  • Follow up on delays, discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods.
  • Inventory Management – Daily
  • Review and analyze inventory levels by SKU and brand.
  • Highlight stock discrepancies or low-stock items and escalate when necessary.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with the Commercial, Supplier, and Operations teams through calls, emails, and meetings to:

  • Address and prioritize daily operational tasks.

  • Coordinate purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
  • Assist in resolving operational issues.

  • Support the planning and execution of commercial campaigns.

  • General Support

  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What skills & experience will you need?

  • Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business administration , supply chain management, e-commerce, marketing or a related discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail in tracking orders, inventory, and deliveries.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams (e.g., warehouse, suppliers, commercial).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
