Role Overview

The Electrical Engineer will play a critical role in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-voltage electrical systems. This position requires a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) with extensive experience in powerline infrastructure, including transformers and substations. The ideal candidate will contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of electrical power, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities


• Design and implement power connection systems and electrical layouts for high-voltage projects.


• Oversee the installation and commissioning of powerlines, transformers, and substations.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.


• Conduct technical assessments and troubleshoot electrical issues in field operations.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.


• Provide technical support and documentation for ongoing and future projects.

Qualifications


• Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE).


• Proven experience in powerline installation and substation setup.


• Strong background in electrical system and power connection design.


• Hands-on experience with high-voltage electricity projects.


• Prior collaboration or employment with Meralco, National Power Corporation, or NGCP is a strong advantage.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
