Position: Technical Support Representative (Electrical Engineer)

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineering graduate
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Male or Female
  • Preferably based in Tarlac City or willing to relocate
  • Knowledge of solar panels and batteries is a plus
  • Good English communication skills (for international accounts)

Job Description:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, primarily for international accounts
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to electrical systems, solar panels, and battery products
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues through phone, email, or chat support
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, technologies, and industry trends
  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills and product knowledge
