Job Summary:

To perform administrative and clerical tasks related to warehouse operations in a construction site, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of inventory, shipments, and receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of construction materials, tools, and equipment.

2. Material Receipt and Issuance: Process receipts and issuances of construction materials, verifying accuracy and completeness of documentation.

3. Data Entry: Accurately enter inventory, shipment, and receipt data into the warehouse management system.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory reports, shipping documents, and receipts.

5. Communication: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

6. Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

7. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Warehouse Supervisor/Construction Manager, highlighting inventory levels, shipments, and receipts.

Construction Site-Specific Responsibilities:

1. Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.

2. Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and procedures.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced construction site environment.

Requirements:

Prefer is

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or administrative role, preferably in a construction site setting.

3. Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehousing principles.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

5. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

1. Construction site environment, including exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.

2. Regular sitting, standing, and walking.

3. Flexible working hours, including working evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
