Our client is urgently looking for an Art Director who can lead and inspire a team of creatives in producing high-quality corporate reports and design materials for global clients. This role requires someone with strong leadership, excellent design instincts, and the confidence to communicate ideas across international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of artists and layout specialists in delivering annual reports, proxy statements, and sustainability reports.
  • Develop compelling design concepts that balance creativity, brand alignment, and readability.
  • Collaborate closely with both the local production team and US counterparts to manage a high volume of design projects.
  • Present and explain design directions confidently to stakeholders and, at times, US-based clients.
  • Stay updated on corporate design trends and apply best practices to ensure impactful results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in design, preferably with leadership exposure in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Experience handling corporate annual reports and sustainability reports is an advantage.
  • High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) with client-facing confidence.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, extended hours, and shifting schedules if required.
  • Must present a design portfolio.

Pay: From Php70,000.00 per month
