Specific Duties and Responsibilities

A. Administrative

1. Supports, coordinates all internal and external HR related inquiries/concerns and serves as Point of Contact (POC) for all vendors related to HRD;

Internal - employees' concerns that may arise through email/SMS/Skype/face to face

External - third party vendors such as HMO, Jobstreet, company-related activities

2. Schedules meetings, conference room use, birthday greetings, trainings, seminars, etc.;

3. Maintains the Bulletin Board;

4. Creates birthday email banners;

5. Takes down Minutes of the Meeting during HR team meetings and huddles;

6. Provides assistance during town hall meetings, company events, birthday greetings, sports, virtual webinars, etc.;

7. Answers the telephone, relays messages and maintains HR equipment and supplies;

8. Provides clerical support to the team;

9. Acts as a liaison between the company and external providers as the need arises;

B. Talent Management

A. Recruitment


Provides assistance in contacting qualified applicants through SMS/email/Skype/Google Meet

Sends email to candidates who are not qualified

Conducts Background Investigation prior start date

Sending of Pre-employment requirements  via email

Coordination with HMO regarding Physical Examination Check-up


B. On-boarding


Reviews and files the Pre-employment requirements in the 201 folder

Scanning of Pre-employment requirements

Monitors and ensures requirement completion within a month after start date

Encodes employee information in the HRIS

Replenishes BDO forms for payroll account opening


C. Employee Engagement

1.Assists with planning and execution of company events;

2.In-charge of scheduling of monthly birthdays greetings;

3.Handles and provides assistance during sports activities

D. ISO

1.Assists in ISO filing and preparation

E. Training and Learning Development

1.Encodes and updates training data in the HRIS

** Performs other duties as assigned

Job Specifications

· Education Requirements

Graduate of BS - Psychology and other related course.

· Work Experience

At least one (1) year of related work experience.

· Knowledge and Skills

Human Resources, Administrative

People Skills, Events, Coordination Skills, Communication Skills, Organization Skills, Computer Skills

· Traits
