DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages assigned branch with allocated sales targets.
  • Manages sales personnel to generate sales results.
  • Conceptualizes and implements marketing activities
  • Builds and promotes harmonious relationship and motivation among sales personnel.
  • Develops and recommends programs for the development of sales personnel.
  • Implements corporate systems, policies and procedures by continuously updating IOM and consistently monitoring 5S compliance.
  • Establishes and maintains good customer relationships.
  • Help build a strong company image through sound selling and marketing activities.
  • Recommends commission strategy together with other branch heads.
  • Ensures that all policies pertaining to credit and collection, pricing, inventory, accounts receivable, inter-oz transactions, and other related policies are strictly implemented.
  • Conducts regular/periodic meeting with branch personnel such as information cascading, coaching, and counseling.
  • Gather and analyzes market developments and gather pertinent information such as but not limited to competitor's activities, new brands and new products/parts in the market, price competitiveness of our products, potential market opportunities and market trends, relevant customer's feedback, and others.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in BSBA, Management, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 3 - 5 years of sales experience - gained from automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Computer proficient, strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written communications, bargaining and negotiating skills, driving.
  • With at least 5 years of sales supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Willing to be assigned in Santa Cruz, Manila.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
