About The Role

Rua Seguridad is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the construction or FMCG industry, and solid experience in sales strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible in the gross profit and revenue sales target achievement
  • Verify and monitor accounts receivables (Current AR vs Total AR)
  • Supervise provincial warehouse utilization and management of Sales Specialists
  • Must establish revenue targets for each channel and category, and develop a plan to achieve them
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing gross profit per channel and category
  • Integrate new products into existing channels and categories to increase revenue from new products and expand the customer base
  • Guide and oversee the sales team in enhancing their skillset

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous success as a sales manager or in a similar role, preferably in the construction materials or FMCG industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage a high-performing team
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing sales systems and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
  • Must be willing to conduct site visits nationwide
  • Must have a valid driver's license; owning a vehicle is preferred
  • Open to working in West Avenue, Quezon City
