Job Title: Advert Recruiter (BPO) – Contract (Hybrid, Iloilo)

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Advert Recruiter with experience in the BPO industry to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves managing job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating recruitment activities to ensure we attract top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize job advertisements across multiple platforms.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various BPO roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
  • Assist in other recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a recruiter in the BPO industry.
  • Proven experience creating and managing job advertisements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Location: Must be based in or near Iloilo City (Hybrid setup).

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
