DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Receiving clients' instructions to render our services
  • To create quotes at agreed margins
  • Dealing with our in-house system to send reports and statistics to clients
  • Communicate with all departments involved in completing quotations
  • Administer orders with special instructions and documentation requirements
  • Ensure work is delivered to agreed service level
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the manager.
  • Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management or any related field
  • With at least (1) year experience in the same field but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Ability to work with little supervision and do multi-tasking
  • Highly skilled in documentations and development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent usage of a computer and its operating system (i.e. Microsoft Windows)
