HR Specialist

The HR Specialist is responsible for:
- Provides support in the planning and execution of HR programs, ensuring delivery within the agreed timelines and scope.
- Supports and coordinates key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Records Management, HR Data Analytics, and Employee Engagement, to promote employee development and institutional effectiveness.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats, in compliance with data privacy and record-retention standards.
- Manages onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Assists in applicant sourcing, screening, hiring, and other recruitment-related activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant HR experience such as but not limited to talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee records, and onboarding and offboarding processes.
Technical Competencies:
Basic knowledge of recruitment frameworks and HR practices.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and digital collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom)
- Strong project planning, implementation, and monitoring skills.
Behavioral Competencies:
Strong coordination skills and a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Demonstrates creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving in dynamic environments.
