Your Day-to-Day

  • The Offshore CX, Data & Operations Developer (Salesforce) will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to support the company's customer experience, data, and operational needs.
  • This role involves managing development tasks in Jira, performing unit testing, maintaining build documentation, and implementing changes in the integrated development environment (DevINT).
  • The developer will also contribute to application/product requirements gathering, design, testing, release, deployment management, and ongoing maintenance and support.

What We're Looking For

  • The role will require strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with onshore teams and stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and operational goals.
  • Strong expertise in portal development, including workflows, data models, and integrated development environments (DevINT).
  • Proficiency in using Jira, GIT, and DevINT environments for development and deployment.
  • Ability to document technical processes and share knowledge effectively.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including onshore IT teams and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in developing, testing, and supporting internal portals and Salesforce.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City (Onsite)

Shift: Dayshift, Monday-Friday
