Senior Solutions Developer Associate,
the role is responsible for developing web pages and web forms using various platforms. A creative thinker, problem solver and enjoys working in teams. A passionate and professional individual willing to exceed client expectations.

5 Key Roles:

  1. Create, develop and maintain web pages, blog posts and web forms using various platforms e.g. Teamsite, Form Assembly, Squiz Matrix, Sitefinity.
  2. Manage and maintain eStore processes such as set up of product, category, promotion, discount pages, file hosting via Magento and Squiz Matrix.
  3. Create lead-generating forms in Salesforce, Form Assembly and/or Marketing Cloud
  4. Create email newsletters from PSD design to HTML templates.
  5. Liaise with Support Teams (e.g. Inbound Enquiries, Data, Zendesk, Platform Contacts) to acquire assistance relevant in accomplishing tasks.

Core Functions:

  1. Develop e-mails from PSD design to HTML templates.
  2. Develop and publish HTML web pages and web forms using the following platforms (e.g. TeamSite, Squiz Matrix, Form Assembly, Salesforce).
  3. Manage and maintain eStore processes such as set up of product and category pages, book discounts via Magento and Squiz Matrix.
  4. Liaise with Stakeholders and Support Teams (e.g. Inbound Enquiries, Data, Zendesk, Platform Contacts) to acquire assistance relevant in accomplishing tasks.
  5. Research and recommend creative and innovative solutions for web development challenges.
  6. Document new and updated processes.
  7. Train team members about new and updated processes.

Required Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent are preferred

Experience

  • Preferably at least 1 year related experience specializing in frontend web development.
  • Highly skilled and experienced in front-end development using HTML, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Jquery, and Bootstrap.
  • Highly skilled in responsive web design.
  • Experienced in building websites on popular CMS and eCommerce platforms e.g. TeamSite, Squiz Matrix, Magento, Form Assembly.
  • Experienced in design authoring tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects, XD.
  • With understanding or experience on Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics, marketing email automation.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and comprehension skills and can work under minimal supervision.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, highly organized and able to prioritize effectively to meet strict deadlines.
  • Works well and can train others, a team player, and with customer-oriented attitude.
  • With creative and critical thinking abilities including problem solving skills.
  • With adequate project management knowledge and experience.
  • Able to provide recommendations in improving processes and technology efficiency.
  • Can work remotely or hybrid. Shift is 4PM to 1AM, Monday to Fridays following UK holidays (required to report to work during PH holidays).
