We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Experience team. This role is responsible for managing customer communications across various channels. The Customer Feedback Senior Associate will handle a range of customer interactions, including inquiries, concerns, and feedback. The goal is to ensure a positive customer experience, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.- Monitor and contact customers, especially those who express dissatisfaction, to understand their concerns. Should maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups using CRM or feedback management tools.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively and efficiently.
- Support general call center operations as needed, including handling inbound and outbound customer communications.
