Key Responsibilities
1. Contract & Compliance Review
  • Review various contracts and agreements of overseas subsidiaries to ensure legal compliance.
  • Assist in handling legal matters and local compliance issues for overseas entities.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in Philippine laws and regulations, evaluating their impact on business operations.
2. Legal Affairs & Risk Management
  • Support labor-related legal matters and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
  • Identify legal risks within business processes and propose preventive measures and optimization solutions.
  • Communicate with overseas teams in English to address legal inquiries and provide professional guidance.
  • Identify legal issues and improvement opportunities in workflows and propose practical recommendations.
3. Legal System & Framework Development
  • Assist in establishing and improving the legal governance framework for overseas subsidiaries.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law or related fields; overseas study or work experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Philippine commercial laws, regulations, and relevant compliance standards is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills with excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in the financial industry or multinational corporations is an advantage.
  • Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to deliver high-quality results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with UFIDA (Yonyou) systems and strong data-analysis skills is a plus.
  • Possesses solid legal knowledge and contract-review capabilities; prior legal or compliance work experience is preferred.
