About the role
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking to join a dynamic team? AALIYAH DELICATESSEN AND COLD STORAGE INC.' is seeking a full-time Office Staff to join our team in Makati City Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain office records and filing systems
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Perform general office duties as required
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
- A team player with a positive and flexible attitude
