Mandaory skills :

  • In Zendesk - QA Modules , WFM modules ,
  • Strong knowledge in applications ,
  • hands on exp in using QA module, WFM module , In Zendesk tools exp must

Job Skills :

· Create the CRM's roadmap in alignment with business goals.

· Plan and oversee CRM developments, from short term fixes to long term initiatives.

· Collaborate with other teams to ensure continuous development of the CRM functionalities.

· Collaborate with Zendesk to ensure we make most out of the CRM, following best practices.

· Report on CRM performance to key stakeholders.

· Ensure scalability, reliability and security of the CRM.

Authorization level:

· All access rights to CX / CS data for performance assessments as well as business cases.

· Admin access to CRM for configuration and maintenance purposes.

· Stay up to date with latest CRM technologies and AI advancements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php120,000.00 per month
