Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Daily follow-up of collections (particularly for Pump Sales & Services)
  2. Updates records of accounts receivable monitoring for credit sales and collections.
  3. Preparation of weekly collection report.
  4. Preparation of weekly collection forecast.
  5. Updates weekly collection forecast during the week for developments.
  6. Send out statements of account to customers with delayed payments.
  7. Adheres to IMS policy and functional IMS objectives.
  8. Other tasks as may be delegated by Treasury Manager or by General Manager for Finance and Accounting.
  9. Apply IMS principle and advocate awareness.

Qualification:

  • Candidate must be MALE and possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent; Industrial Engineers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Ability to communicate through written reports.
  • Preferably with prior work experience involving voluminous transactions; fresh graduate acceptable.
  • Willingness to learn and teachable.
  • With Driver's license is advantage
