We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in campaign execution and CRM system development for law firms. This role involves executing both organic (SEO) and paid campaigns (e.g Facebook and Google Ads) including tracking analytics. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of handling the marketing. You will be working 40 hours per week during US business hours, and get paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Google and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions. Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to refine strategies

- Conduct SEO audits and optimize website content for improved search engine visibility

- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms

- Support email marketing efforts, including preparing and sending newsletters.

- Maintain databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools. Create pivot tables, track KPIs, and report on campaign health

- Managing and organizing marketing assets, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and easily accessible.

- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing to legal professionals or law firms based in the US
- Experience in managing Google Ads is a MUST
- Experience in email marketing tools (e.g MailChimp, GoHighLevel, Brevo)
- Familiarity with compliance in legal/financial services marketing
