Overall Job ResponsibilitiesPrepares expenses/Profit and loss analysis of an assigned segment/division.Prepares adhoc financial reports and supporting schedules as neededPrepares and compiles financial data to come up with adequate BIR tax returns.Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.Prepares journal entries relevant to the expense analysis assigned to her/him.Reconciles internal management reportsIdentifies significant movements in expense accounts on comparative periodsPrepares other regulatory financial reports (e.g. monthly alphalists, SEC GFFS, summary lists of sales and purchases)Maintains the cost center/chart of accounts database and manages the allocation module in the ERP.Note: Subject to evaluation and change depending on the needs of the department and resort operations. Requirements KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLSBachelor's Degree or higher in Accountancy.Certified Public AccountantConsiderable knowledge of the principles and practices of the functions of general ledger accountingAdequate knowledge of accounting systems and software ()Strong work ethic with the ability to work extended hours as necessary.
