Job Overview:

We're hiring professional and results-driven Debt Collection Specialists to manage overdue accounts and recover outstanding payments. The ideal candidate will handle calls with firmness, empathy, and professionalism, aiming to resolve debts while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers via phone, email, or messaging to follow up on overdue payments

  • Negotiate payment plans or settlements in line with company policies

  • Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the system

  • Identify reasons for non-payment and offer appropriate solutions

  • Escalate accounts as needed to legal or higher-level teams

  • Meet collection targets and maintain call quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience in collections, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Familiarity with CRM or collections software is an advantage

  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism
