Job Title: Store Staff/ Cashier

Location: Santolan, San Juan

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time available

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Store Staff/ Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and excellent customer service skills. This role combines the responsibilities of preparing and serving food orders with handling transactions and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items and ingredients.
  • Cash Handling: Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage the cash register, including counting and reconciling cash drawers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and notifying management when supplies need replenishing. Receive and restock inventory as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee station and cashier area. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a sanitary environment. Perform routine cleaning tasks and restock supplies throughout shifts.

Requirements:

  • Previous cashier experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and experience with cash handling.
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work in White Plains Avenue, Quezon City
