Liaison Officer

Qualifications:
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree graduate (4-year course)
- With technical knowledge related to safety, health, and construction permits
- Experience in liaising mandatory/compliance documents for submission to the LGU and other agencies
- Strong knowledge of permitting processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- With motorcycle and valid driver's license (preferred)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process and submit permits and compliance documents to LGUs and government agencies (e.g., OBO, BFP).
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Handle, safeguard, and transmit official documents and plans.
- Conduct liquidation and reimbursement of expenses related to permits.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth processing.
- Prepare and file daily itineraries of activities, tasks, and meetings.
- Stay updated on local and national regulations regarding safety, health, and building requirements.
- Ensure timely processing of all permits to avoid project delays.
