Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related

Experience:

At least 1 year experience in IT Project Management; Experience in software development and in game publishing or gaming industry is a plus.

The Project Management Coordinator has the responsibility to manage IT projects - ensure timely delivery of the project requirements, coordinate with the stakeholders and ensure all risks and issues are properly handled and mitigated. Management of projects should be guided by the principles and guidelines set by the Project Management Institute.

Objectives:

1. Apply project management disciplines set by the Project Management Manager on all projects

2. Proper documentation of projects from initiation to closing

3. Proper handling of projects to ensure proper and accurate delivery of required IT-related services

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identifies resources needed and works with all functions to assign individual responsibilities.
  • Creates and executes project work plans and timelines and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and other activities related to the project.
  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to the project stakeholders.
  • Prepares regular status reports and distributes them to the appropriate audience.
  • Holds regular update and checkup meetings with project team.
  • Reviews and collates deliverables prepared by team.
  • Ensures documents and major digital assets are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Resolves and /or escalates issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitors issues of the project and ensure they are properly addressed to prevent any impact on timeline and deliverables of the project.

  • Knowledge in Basic IT Operations which includes applications and infrastructure support
  • Knowledge in Project Management
  • Must have Business and Technical Analysis
  • Knowledge and experience With Technical writing
