We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator (Or Manager) to oversee the end-to-end operations of event scheduling and execution using This role is responsible for managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless coordination across all stages of each event. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a logical, solutions-focused mindset to keep everything on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the entire event lifecycle using , from planning through post-event wrap-up.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and communications to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Ensure all event-related tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, event opreations, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in project management tools (especially )
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to multitask effectively and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Logical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
