Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (sales experience will also count)
  • Experience in handling software solution products
  • Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
  • Can work ONSITE (Cebu City and San Juan City office)
  • Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plans and carries out product strategies, including how to present the product in a way that makes it stand out in the market.
  • Reviews market trends, customer needs, and competitors to help guide product improvements and marketing plans.
  • Work closely with customers and sales team to gather and document product requirements then turn those needs into clear tasks for the product team.
  • Helps create training materials so both team members and clients can easily understand how the product works and what it offers.
  • Supports the sales team by preparing marketing materials and joining presentations to customers when needed.
  • Works with clients to agree on the right solutions, pricing, and terms for both sides.
  • Regularly updates the management team with reports on progress, challenges, and new opportunities.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to contribute to solution/service improvements.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools and other relevant technology.
  • Deliver product sales revenue based on agreed targets and quotas.
