-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
-Willing to work full-time night shift
-This is a hybrid position with the expectation to go into the office at least 2-3 days a week, and must reside within 50 KM of an Optum site.
-Must have a home internet connection of at least 100 Mbps
-Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
-Results-oriented and can take ownership for initiatives and collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve department and corporate goals.
-Able to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
