Salary Range: ₱180,000- ₱190,000Work Setup: OnsiteShift Schedule: Mid Shift, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pmLocation: Cabuyao City, LagunaJob OverviewThis Business Analyst position will work with a team of key business leaders and other Business Analysts to drive change and support our business. The candidate must know how to leverage SAP to support best practices and have a proven understanding of SAP MM (primarily) and QM modules (or need EDI/IDOC and such integration experience).

Furthermore, the candidate needs to have a very good understanding and working knowledge in integration of other core ERP modules like PP and SD. The candidate needs to have experience in both SAP ECC ERP 6.0 and SAP S4 HANA environments. Your Responsibilities:Work with internal IT resources and/or external on implementations, enhancements and support for our ERP ECC 6.0 systems and S4 HANA system (core ERP modules).

Requirement gathering for any additional SAP MM and QM functionality, and process change. Provide fit gap analysis and available options on solution. Capable of building and reviewing business and technical documentation to ensure test plans meet technical and business requirements.

Support system changes through configuration and enhancement including provide Functional specification on ABAP program changes in the MM and QM area (all RICEF and performance enhancements). Document functional requirements, develop functional specs for program changes, make configuration settings, perform testing, conduct system demos and work with users providing training and testing support. Working knowledge of SDLC project methodology (i.e.; ASAP, SOLMAN).

Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics Management. Demonstrate commitment to customer service; anticipate, meet, and exceed expectations by solving problems quickly and effectively; making customer issues a priority. What our Client is Looking

For:A Bachelor's Degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP support and at least one full cycle implementation. A very good understanding on SAP MM, QM, and PP modules.

A solid understanding of SAP PS and EDI / IDOC Implementation would be a bonus. Very good understanding of various SAP system landscapes and TMS.Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of business processes in and around all aspects of materials management and quality management related to Manufacturing and Semiconductor industry environments.

Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP integration tools is a plus. Flexible working hour arrangement (support different region – Europe and North America). Could be working to support EST hours.

Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4 HANA is a big plus. Ability to travel 10% of the time (domestic and international). Ready to take the next step in your career?
