We're Hiring: Senior Java Developer

Join our team as a Senior Java Developer and help us build high-quality, web-based Java applications. We're looking for a skilled and experienced developer with a passion for clean code, modern frameworks, and strong collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Java Web Programming

  • Solid understanding of MVC architecture patterns

  • Experience with Java EE technologies: JSF (must), Spring, Struts, etc.

  • Skilled in web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSP, Servlets, Java Beans

  • Proficiency in databases: DB2, Oracle, and/or SQL Server

  • Experience using Eclipse, NetBeans, or Rational Application Developer

  • Familiarity with testing tools such as JUnit

  • Knowledge of reporting tools: Jasper Reports, BIRT, Crystal Reports

  • Experience with web servers like WebSphere, Tomcat, or GlassFish

  • Strong grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to clearly present technical information to varied audiences

  • Must pass the interview and/or technical assessment
